How can I contact you?
What kind of camera do you use?
I recently read some great blog advice – use the camera you have and learn to take really good photos with it. That’s what I’m trying to do! I have a Nikon Coolpix L20 point-and-shoot digital camera that takes great close-ups of food. I occasionally use my iPhone and am surprised by the quality shots I get with it. However, I would love to improve my skills (and perhaps my camera) in the near future.
May I use your recipes on my blog?
Most of my recipes are borrowed and adapted, so please feel free to do the same. I ask that you credit my blog with a link if you are going to do this. Thanks!
Will you add me to your blogroll?
If I’ve mentioned your blog in a post or follow it regularly, it will probably be on my blogroll.
Where did you attend school?
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. My majors include History and Art History with a minor in American Literature.
What is your “day” job?
When I’m not blogging, I am a substitute teacher for the Vineland Public Schools. I work at the elementary level, mostly with students on the autism spectrum. It is challenging, yet rewarding work!
What is your favorite South Jersey winery?
Asking me that is like asking which child I like best! My philosophy is that when one winery succeeds, they all succeed. I like to spread my purchases around. There are two wineries that are close to my house, and I frequent them. Still, you can find delicious, affordable wine at every winery in this state. Visit a New Jersey winery today!
You mention in your blog that you support local businesses. Where do you shop?
I try to shop small and local as much as possible. I look for family run businesses, restaurants, and farm-stands in my area. Of course, sometimes you have to go to the big box stores for certain items. If I do, I shop the stores in Vineland to support local employees. And don’t forget to BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag)!
